What are assessments and how do they help? As Lao Tse famous quote put’s it “He who knows others is learned. He who knows himself is wise.”

1.    Knowing how you function and communicate and what may need to be modified to help you communicate better. 
2.    How others function and communicate, so you can use styles that communicate with that individual person.

Gwen has been trained by SBLCO and Target Training International(TTI) to give and debrief TTI’s assessments.

Target Training International, LTD is a coaching company. Established in 1984. They offer multiple assessments tests. To enable business’ to develop and grow their teams. To get the right people in the right places and to help leaders develop their communication skills between the different behavior styles.

Our Motivators and behavior assessments are based on the DISC Language rules. DISC is the universal language of observable human behavior - the “How”. For more on DISC please enter your name and password and read our white page on DISC. The motivators look at attitudes and values which is the “Why” people do what they do.  

Our Personal Interest, Attitudes and Values assessment measures the “Will” of people. What makes them do what they do.

So the combination of the assessments gives you a good look at the Will, Why and How a person acts and reacts with other people or circumstances.
